hi! i'm bunny,

i was born in berwick, nova scotia into a fundamentalist christian community. i was deeply shaped by this, being the black sheep in my family. attempting to fit in to such a conservative environment left me with many challenges to face as i grew up.

 

i've navigated addiction, depression, and various other mental health issues that arise from dealing with trauma, and searching for a sense of belonging. in the midst of my struggles i found a deep passion for art, especially drawing with paper and ink. i found solace in the self expression i escaped into, creating characters and worlds on paper. my art style is inspired by whimsy and nostalgia, with a subtle, haunting quality of intense emotion.

 

during my transition out from under a controlling atmosphere i also found tarot. i was gifted my first deck, and soon found its intuitive and mystical nature resonated deeply with me; i found comfort in exploring the symbolism and meaning behind every card, image, and the questions they asked. while i became more fascinated by tarot, my interest in helping others embrace their authentic selves and trust their own intuition grew with it.

 

i aspire to use my talents and experiences to support others on their own journeys towards self acceptance. through art and understanding tarot, i'm aiming to empower people to embrace who they really are, and listen to their inner voices without judgment.

 

i will always be exploring, learning, changing, and offering a guiding light to anyone seeking authenticity and personal growth.
